Incidents report

Use the Incidents report to report on health & safety incidents recorded on your farm. You can report on a specific date range and drill down to see more information about each type of Incident recorded.

This is an interactive report. It was built using a tool called PowerBI. You can view all the information in the report or drill down to view the details. The report shows charts and tables of information. You can export the tables to Excel for further analysis.

Set up and use the Incidents report

To view the Incidents report:

  1. On the Navigation bar, click Report centre.
  2. Click Other.
  3. Find the Incidents report and click View.

To change the date range of the Incidents report:

  1. In the Incidents report, click the date you want to change.
  2. Select the new date.

Tip:         

Filter the Incidents report:

  • Clicking on a segment of a graph updates the rest of the report to show only that data. You can select more than one parameter by holding down Ctrl and clicking segments with your mouse, even if they are on different graphs, maps or tables. For example:  
    • Clicking the Near miss segment of the Incident type pie graph will update the report to show only data for near misses.
    • If you hold down the Ctrl key and click the Near miss segment in the pie chart and a month in the Incidents through time bar chart, only Near misses for that month will be shown.
  • Clicking a segment again will return the report to showing all data.

To focus on a specific graph, map or table:

  1. In the Incident report, right click the graph, map or table.
  2. Click Show as a table
  1. To return to the full report, click Back to report, top left of screen. 

To print the Incidents report:

Information You can sort the Incident detail table by any column heading by clicking the heading you want to sort by.

Export the Incident Detail table

To export the data from the report table:

  1. In the Incidents report, hover over the table.
  1. Click the More options icon.
  1. Click Export data.
  1. Select the File format that you want to export the data in.

  2. Click Export.
