FarmIQ System not working as expected

Like any website, the FarmIQ System regularly downloads display information onto your computer. Sometimes this information gets corrupted. When that happens you may get unexpected results.

Refresh

If things don’t seem to be working right, try refreshing your data:

  • Click your farm name at the top right of the screen.

or

  • If you are on the Stock list screen, click Refresh list .

If refreshing your data doesn't help, try this reset:

  1. Click your farm name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select FMS system tools.

  3. On the left hand side of the screen, click Clear Local Storage .
  • All activities that have been successfully completed will be saved.
  1. You will be logged out of FarmIQ . Log back in again to continue working.
  2. If this does not fix the problem, Contact FarmIQ Support.

Mobile app is running slow
