When you give farm staff access to FarmIQ, you select what type of access they should have. When you add people to your organisation, you assign them an Organisation-wide role, and you can choose to also give them farm-specfic access with a Role on farm.
These roles determine what they can see and do in FarmIQ. They are called Security roles.
Each Security role is a combination of permissions, suitable for a different people on the farm.
Farm level security roles can be assigned to staff when you add them at farm level, and you can change them if needed.
While there are many farm level security roles, and you can create your own, it is best to use the recommended roles in the following table.

Organisation level security roles are assigned when you create an organisation level user, and can be given to existing farm level users.
Organisation level roles are best suited to farm owners, and managers who need access to organisation level features.
